Booking Appointments
Clients are required to book appointments in advance via phone, website, or in person to secure a spot.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
A minimum of 12 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving later than 15 minutes may have their service time reduced to accommodate the next scheduled appointment.
Refunds and returns
Refunds are not provided. Complimentary adjustments are available within 3 days if you are dissatisfied with your service.
