Booking Appointments:
- Clients are required to book appointments in advance via phone, website, or in person to secure a spot.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Late Arrivals:
- Clients arriving late may have their service time reduced to accommodate the next scheduled appointment.
Refunds and Returns:
- Refunds are not provided.
- Complimentary adjustments are available within 3 days if you are dissatisfied with the service.
