Service Policy

To secure all appointments, we require a valid credit card. If you opt not to provide your credit card information, we regret that we will be unable to reserve the appointment for you.

Cancellations & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the importance of honoring appointments and providing sufficient notice for cancellations. When appointments are forgotten or canceled without adequate notice, it not only prevents us from filling that time slot but also deprives other clients of the opportunity to receive services. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients and professionals, the following terms apply to appointments:

You may cancel or modify your appointment at no charge up to 24 business hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 business hours notice will be considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service(s) fee.

Failure to cancel or show up for your appointment will be considered a “No Show” and will result in being charged the full price of the scheduled service(s).

Appointments made within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

As a courtesy, appointment reminder SMS messages are sent 48 hours in advance, and appointment reminder emails are sent 12 hours in advance to the contact information provided at the time of booking. Failure to respond to these confirmation messages may result in your appointment slot being assigned to another client.

Even in cases of late arrival, the full price of the scheduled service(s) will be charged, even if there is insufficient time to complete them.

Repeated instances of no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in the loss of booking privileges.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling or cancellations in such cases. However, it remains the client’s responsibility to communicate any changes in a timely manner.

Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

Please note that no exceptions will be made to these policies.
